A Special Meeting of the Flushing City Council was called to order on Friday, December 21, 2001 at 1:30 p.m. by Mayor Janice L. Gensel, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

Others Present:                      Dennis J. Bow, City Manager

                                                Nancy G. Parks, City Clerk/Treasurer

 

MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC – No comments.

 

REPORTS:

 

Sewer Franchise Agreement – 5020 Deland Road – Motion by Gault, seconded by Johnson, to accept 5020 Deland Road as a sewer customer of the city and that the owner shall pay all related engineering review and construction observation costs and shall pay the city directly for the service pursuant to the appropriate ordinance as long as the service is provided by the city.

 

            Yea:     Gault, Johnson, Salem, Gensel

            Abstain:            Bade, Szukhent

            Nay:     None

            Motion Carried.

 

Adjournment – Motion by Gault, seconded by Szukhent, to adjourn.
