A Regular Meeting of the Flushing City Council was called to order on Monday, January 28, 2002 at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Pro-Tem Michael T. Szukhent, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and invocation.

PRESENTATIONS:
Mr. Dann Vessell, President of the Flushing Eagles – presented a $500.00 donation to the D.A.R.E. program. The donation was from a fundraiser.

City Council Minutes (January 14, 2002 Closed Session) – Motion by Bade, seconded by Johnson, to remove the January 14, 2002 Closed Session minutes from the consent agenda and postpone action until the February 11, 2002 meeting.

2002 Genesee County Fair Parade Participation – The Genesee County Agricultural Society is inviting each city, town, village and township in Genesee County to participate in the parade during the 2002 Genesee County Fair, August 12 – 18.
