A Regular Meeting of the Flushing City Council was called to order on Tuesday, May 28, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. by Mayor Pro-Tem Michael Szukhent, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag and invocation.

PURCHASES:
2002 Street Paving Project – Motion by Bade, seconded by Gault, to accept Lois Kay Contracting’s bid for the 2002 Street Paving Project in the amount of $606,225.55. The streets to be included in the project are:
Daniel - entire length
Shawnesee - entire length
Springview - entire length
Melody Ct. - entire length
Rodney - entire length
Hut West - entire length
Iola Ct. - entire length
Orchard Ct. - entire length
Dale - Coutant to north end
Gerald - Warren to dead-end
Luce - Coutant to Springview
Chestnut - Coutant to Springview
Pierson - Main St. to 350’ west of Elms Rd. (3/4” ultra-thin)
