Consumers Energy – Authorization for Change in Standard Streetlighting Contract – Motion by Bade, seconded by Gault, to authorize the change in the standard streetlighting contract with Consumers Energy, to include placement of a new light at Coutant Street and Woodland Pond Drive, and to change the streetlight at 206 George Street.

Zoning Revisions – Central Business District/R-3A Overlay – Motion by Gault, seconded by Bade, to move to first reading revisions to the Flushing Zoning Code, (items one and two), subject to allowing “Drive through Pharmacies” and “Dry Cleaners” as uses permitted under the Special Use procedures in the Central Business District.
The three proposed changes to the ordinance included:
1. Extending
