The City of Flushing Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at City Hall in the Council Chamber, 725 East Main Street, Flushing, MI on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 8:00 A.M. to consider the following:

Request for a variance from the requirements of City of Flushing Zoning Ordinance 153.901 (52)(e) - No detached accessory building or structure in an R-1, R-2, R-3A, R-3B, R-4, B-1, or OS-1 district shall exceed one story or 15 feet in height. Accessory buildings or structures in all other districts may be constructed to equal the permitted maximum height of structures in these districts.
