The City of Flushing provides for building inspection through a independent contractor.
Application forms for building permits may be obtained through this web site or at Flushing City Hall located at 725 East Main Street, Flushing, Michigan 48433.
Building / Zoning / Fence Permit Fees
The following fee schedule has been adopted by Flushing City Council effective July 1, 2017:

As of July 1, 2017, the City of Flushing will require a building permit to install new/replacement windows, siding and or shingles/new roof.
Trades Permits
All trade permits (Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical) are handled by the State of Michigan through the appropriate division of Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).
